Where PDF problems usually get fixed

Most PDF accessibility problems are fixed in the program that made the PDF, not in the PDF itself. Use real heading styles, alt text fields, and table tools in Word, Google Docs, or InDesign before exporting, and set the document title and language in the document properties.
